Solid Stay with Great Amenities
friendly staff spacious room privacy curtain handy locker
The staff impressed me with their friendliness. The rooms were spacious and quite well-ventilated. I found the curtains offered a welcome degree of privacy. Lockers inside the beds came in handy, even if I bumped my head once or twice.
I noticed that some of the private shower cubicles had minor leaks.

The personnel at the front desk were very attentive and ready to assist. Tori, a staff member, stood out due to her really good helpfulness. She provided significant assistance and had all the answers.

constant noise unhelpful staff
My stay had some serious issues. the noise was constant. this made sleeping nearly impossible. plus, the staff didn't seem to care about the disturbance this caused. i expected a quieter environment and some acknowledgment of the problem.

the location is central. it sits close to transport options. the kitchen is large and very useful. i loved the comfy beds and the roomy bathrooms!!!
the alleyway outside my room was a bit noisy at night. it included sounds like trucks, people, and glass.

great location corner shops spacious room
The location was great. Flinders street station was right across the street. shops were just around the corner too. i had a spacious room with a normal bed. It was a nice surprise.

practical bracelet spacious room
i liked that they gave you a bracelet for the room and lift instead of keys. the room felt very spacious. i found a really cute space to lounge around there too.

The hostel is near the train station and within the free tram zone. They offer free secured luggage storage before check-in and after check-out (very convenient!).
